Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Rust & Substrate Engineer to design, develop, and optimize blockchain-based solutions using the Substrate framework. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Rust, a deep understanding of blockchain architectures, and hands-on experience with Substrate-based networks. This role will involve building custom runtime modules (pallets), working on the blockchain node, and contributing to the evolution of the Polkadot technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Substrate-based blockchain runtimes (custom pallets).
- Implement and optimize blockchain consensus, governance, and on-chain logic.
- Write secure, efficient, and maintainable Rust code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development and integration of blockchain-based solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, networking, and cryptography.
- Experience with Polkadot ecosystem tools (Polkadot.js, XCM, Cumulus, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
