The aim of this site is to provide a place where Polkadot ecosystem teams and PBA alumni who are interested in finding work, can find each other. 

Polkadot ecosystem teams who are looking to hire developers from among our alumni can easily set up a company profile and advertise vacancies for graduates to find. It's possible to advertise full time, part time, contract, pro bono or even outreach to find a co-founder, just specify in the ad what the intention is.cf
