PaperMoon is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to lead all DevRel initiatives for a new AI-oriented Web3 project.
About the Role
As a Developer Relations Engineer, your primary mission is to educate and empower developers, not through direct support, but by creating high-quality materials and content that help them navigate technical challenges. If you find satisfaction in teaching, explaining complex topics, and enabling others to succeed, this role is a great fit.

- Product Releases & Impact Analysis - Stay involved in client’s release cycle to assess changes in usability and ensure documentation remains up to date.
- Content Creation - Develop technical content such as articles, blog posts, tutorials, workshops, and video guides, all aimed at helping developers leverage the client's technology.
- Community Engagement & Events - Support hackathons by assisting developers in building with PaperMoon’s client products, which may involve occasional travel.
Requirements
- Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing (experience as an educator is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of AI-related topics and technologies.
- Experience with AI development tools like LangChain and SillyTaver.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Solidity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (public speaking, video content, workshops).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
