Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Senior Frontend Engineer who deeply resonates with the ethos and philosophy of web3. As a core team member, you'll lead the frontend development efforts, working closely with our designers and protocol engineers to craft and deliver exceptional UI/UX using React and/or other client-side rendering technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the frontend engineering team.
- Collaborate directly with designers to transform concepts into polished, responsive UI/UX.
- Architect and develop performant, scalable React applications with a focus on client-side rendering.
- Ensure best practices for accessibility, usability, and responsive design.
- Drive continuous improvements in frontend development processes and tools.
- Champion web3 philosophies internally and externally, promoting decentralization, privacy, and user empowerment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and strong understanding of client-side rendering.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional UI/UX in production applications.
- Passion for web3 technologies, decentralization, and peer-to-peer systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts and smart contract interaction is a strong plus.
