Job Description
As an Ecosystem Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of projects within our Layer 2 blockchain ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include curating marketing campaigns, building relationships with key ecosystem projects, and fostering community engagement. You will work closely with internal teams, project leads, and partners to ensure that each project gains the visibility and support it needs. This role will require a combination of content creation, social media strategy, event management, and collaboration with PR teams, all aimed at amplifying the reach and impact of our ecosystem projects.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Marketing for Ecosystem Projects:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for ecosystem projects, including social media, content creation, and public relations initiatives.
- Lead the creation and management of content across platforms to promote the projects within our ecosystem.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and visibility for key projects.
Ecosystem Campaign Curation:
- Work directly with ecosystem projects to design and execute campaigns that maximize reach and engagement within the community.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all ecosystem projects.
- Collaborate with partners on cross-project marketing initiatives to foster growth and collaboration.
Community Engagement and Social Media:
- Actively engage with the community through social media platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram to promote ecosystem projects.
- Create and share engaging content that drives community participation and project awareness.
- Support community-driven initiatives like hackathons and user-generated content campaigns to deepen engagement.
Showcase Ecosystem Achievements:
- Highlight success stories, key metrics, and use cases of ecosystem projects through content and public relations efforts.
- Develop case studies, reports, and visual content to demonstrate the growth and impact of the ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing support to ecosystem projects by promoting their milestones and achievements.
Requirements
Marketing Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies, particularly in the Ethereum ecosystem and Layer 2 solutions.
- Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns for tech-driven projects, including social media strategy, content creation, and public relations.
- Ability to create high-quality marketing content (blog posts, case studies, videos) that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Community Engagement:
- Proven experience in engaging and growing communities through social media, events, and community-driven campaigns.
- Ability to develop and manage community-focused initiatives that support project growth and user engagement.
- Experience working with platforms like Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and other community channels.
Collaborative Approach:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to align marketing efforts with project goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with ecosystem project teams and external partners.
- Ability to coordinate with external PR agencies to promote ecosystem milestones and success stories.
